How the GRE is run in Macau

The GRE is just under two hours of Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning and Analytical Writing, and the version we handle is GRE General Test at home, watched by ETS-contracted human proctors over ProctorU. Because it runs on your own machine rather than in a hall, where you are sitting matters only for scheduling.

That matters more in Macau than in most places, since physical seats here are limited and a rescheduled booking can cost weeks. The at-home format sidesteps the queue entirely.

Registration still needs a government photo ID whose name matches the registration exactly, so the details on your booking have to match the documents you hold.

What GRE score to aim for
