How changes in the GMAT impact proxy testing
Here are a few observations to note since GMAC switched their online proctoring to Proview (it previously used Examity), if you are going to hire GMAT proxy test takers to take the GMAT for you. Second, due to the adaptive nature of the GMAT Online test, you can't go back and change your answer to a previous question. This makes the software method the preferred method if you are going to hire someone to take the GMAT Online for you. How to cheat on the GMAT? (How do you take it for me?)
There are two methods for cheating on the GMAT Online, either with software or hardware.
For cheating on the GMAT Online using software, this is an accurate description - see how we fill in the answers for Quant, Verbal and Data Insights (Integrated Reasoning + Data Sufficiency) sections. All you have to do is put on a show for the camera:
With hardware, it's about the setup. The field of vision is limited. The webcam on your laptop with which the proctoring software watches you has a restricted area of vision. This implies that proctors can't observe anything outside the narrow view. And here, creativity flourishes 😜:

What exactly do I need to do if I choose you to take the GMAT Online test for me?
- Create a GMAC account(https://www.mba.com/exams);
- We'll discuss and agree to a date and time.
- Don't send payment until we confirm the date and time. Register for the test and send a screenshot of the confirmation, which will show the date and time, including the time zone. We've had problems in the past with time zone misunderstandings. (e.g.,client in Australia 🇦🇺 mixed up the timezones😅 or American client🇺🇸 confused China timezone with American one 🤦♀️);
Please keep in mind that your appointment is confirmed once you receive the GMAT confirmation email. As soon as you pay for your GMAT appointment, it will be noted in the "Future GMAT Online Exams" section of your account. This process can take up to one hour.
- You'll need to have a desktop or laptop with a working webcam for the test.
- Prepare your test-taking environment and do the system test(https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-online/prepare-for-your-exam/prepare-your-environment) . To prevent getting disconnected during a test🤦♀️, ensure that you have quick Internet. If you can't get past the proctoring system check, purchase or loan a new computer.
- Before exam day, we will install the software on your computer (roughly 30 minutes). Do another system check just in case.
- On the test day, we will connect one hour before the examination starts for last-minute setup and coordination. Before the test begins, remember to go to the toilet; Also, remember that no one is permitted into the testing room to avoid the proctor from canceling the exam.
- Check your unofficial score and go celebrate🎊. You will receive your official score in 4-7 days.Please rest assured that the 'In Progress' status for your exam in your account is temporary and should update within the next few hours.

How to convert GRE to GMAT Focus scores, and vice versa?
* Conversion from GRE scores to GMAT classic scores is done according to the now deprecated GRE® Comparison Tool for Business Schools.
** When a single GMAT classic score is equivalent to multiple GMAT Focus scores, the lowest GMAT Focus score is displayed. For a complete conversion table, go to GMAT Score Concordance Table Total Score Sorted by Percentile Ranking.
