- [GRE] GRE at-home test is done!✅ Some technical hiccups that we managed to sort out before the test: 🏎 The customer's internet got weirdly slow before the test. The customer got it fixed after calling their internet service provider. ✍️ It came to our attention that the writing assistant app "Grammarly" was on before the test. We instructed the customer to uninstall it - we don't want Grammarly to pop up during the writing section!
- [TOEFL] (Chinese) When we ask you to take an Internet speed test, we mean testing the internet speed at the testing environment you will take your exam in😥 The customer showed us good speed test results taken at home and went on to take the actual exam at another venue with a significantly slower Internet speed.😥😥 With off and on connection, a normally 3-hour long TOEFL exam became 5 hours long. Fortunately, we hit the Reading score of 2X and Listening 2X after the whole ordeal!
