Taking the ACT in Ukraine

Ukraine is a country in eastern Europe, and the ACT turns up here for the same reason it does everywhere else: it stands between a candidate and undergraduate admission in the United States.

How the ACT is run in Ukraine

The ACT runs about two hours and five minutes across English, Math, Reading and Science, and it is delivered at a registered centre with in-room proctors at a registered test centre. There is no at-home version, so the work happens on site.

You will need a photo ID matching the admission ticket. Seats in Ukraine are worth booking early, because there are not many of them.

What ACT score to aim for

The ACT is scored from 1 to 36. Most of our Ukraine clients are applying to institutions like the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv for admissions to universities abroad, where anything at or above 33 is competitive, and that is the range we work to.
