GRE Cheating
😈Monster case study: how someone got us to take the GRE for them with almost no upfront payment😓
Dates, exam date & time, customer name were adjusted to safeguard score security and privacy.
We normally ask for the full deposit before we start working with any student. This time, though, someone managed to slip through without paying much upfront. It turned into a stressful last-minute scramble for everyone involved, and we came out of it knowing one thing for sure: we’re not letting that happen again.😞
Background
Our policy requires full deposit payment before we begin helping any student with exams. But in this case, the GRE cheating service customer “Jack Stanley”(not his real name) slipped through without paying much in advance.
This caused confusion and created a highly stressful, last-minute scramble.
The customer got his GRE score and left a long and grateful review:

Timeline of Events
August 10, 2025 – First Contact: shall I hire someone to take my GMAT or GRE?
A student from Tijuana, Mexico reached out with short messages: “Gmat” and “770, Tijuana.”
Daisy explained that the old GMAT had been phased out, shared pricing for GMAT Focus (715+: $X,000, 695+: $Y,000), and linked to past GMAT success stories.
The student immediately showed concern about cost, asking if it could be cheaper and admitting, “It is super hard to find $Y000.”
August 11–18, 2025 – Hiring Examinator.cc to Take GRE Instead of GMAT
Daisy suggested the GRE at-home test as an alternative and quoted: 335+: $Z,000. She sent GRE proxy success links and asked: “Screenshot your GRE appointment please.”
The student compared GMAT and GRE, asking: “For example gmat 700, how much is that in gre?” Daisy explained: “A GMAT 700 roughly translates to a GRE score of 335.”
The student asked, “If there any chance i could get 335 for 5000?” but Daisy only offered a $500 discount.
Even though he said, “I already paid for gmat, and will not get a refund,” he confirmed: “Scheduled” for GRE on Thursday, August 21, 9 am PT.
August 19, 2025 – GRE Proxy Service Deposit Payment Struggles Intensify
Daisy instructed him: “Next up, get $XX00 in cryptocurrency USD Coin (USDC).”
The student replied: “Crypto.com asks for my identity verification” and complained, “Not working even if i choose 2700 for example.”
He asked if he could send payment after seven days due to a lock on his exchange, but Daisy told him that was impossible.
She suggested trying Coinbase, Robinhood, or an offline shop. Eventually, he found an offline crypto shop but said the fees were very high.
Frustrated, Daisy wrote: “This is just sad. You contacted us and the exam is only 2 days away.”
Finally, he said: “Okay, it took me a second, i will deposit the …” showing progress.
After trying hard to get crypto unsuccessfully, the customer offered to reveal his real name in lieu of having to put down a deposit before we could take his GRE at-home test for them. But the thing is, we don't want your identify or birth date(c'mon your personal info isn't guaranteeing anything for us!). We asked for a partial or nominal deposit, which in the past meant customers would need to pay a 45% surcharge!

August 20, 2025 – GRE cheating service preparation without full deposit payment
Daisy sent structured GRE prep instructions, including what to do before and during the test. She reassured him but reminded him there were “no GRE leaks at the moment.”
The student followed along, admitted the stress of fees, but confirmed readiness.
During the prep, we told the customer that our ever evolving remote access software to bypass at-home exams had audio capturing capabilities.
August 21, 2025 – Exam Day
At 9 am PT, the student sat for the GRE at-home test with proxy support. His target was 335.
During the exam:
- He followed instructions but later admitted he misread two answers.
- Those errors dropped his final score just below the 335 target.
- Despite disappointment, he accepted responsibility.
What was hilarious was that the customer did not even know what a GRE score looked like, and we clarified it for him:
August 21 – September 4, 2025 – Post Exam discussion on who bear fees in buying crypto: customer!
After the exam, a new argument emerged about fees:
- The student said: “The crypto exchange gonna take 4% commission.”
- Daisy replied: “A 4% fee is totally reasonable. You can pay that.”
- The student later complained: “It is probably a crazy commission … I didn’t expect this many fees( … It is 500 of fees … It is 500 of fees … Like i send 5500, but 500$ fees is crazy😔.”
- Daisy responded firmly: “The transaction fees from buying the crypto are on your side, not ours … This deal just isn’t fair to us. You’ve gotta cover the fees.”
- The student asked for relief: “Can you just forgive the rest of the amount?” but Daisy refused.
This confirmed that all transaction fees and commissions were the customer’s responsibility, not included in the service fee.
In addition, we usually charge urgent fees which we did not charge this customer. Keeping negotiating for prices was very tiring for everyone!
September 5, 2025 – Student’s review of how Examinator helped him cheat on GRE after getting official score
After the exam and final payments, the student submitted a long written review of his experience:
When I started preparing for the GRE, I honestly didn’t know where to begin. I had all these materials, practice tests, and question banks that I already spent on more than $1500. That’s when I found Daisy service and decided to give it a try. It was frustrating at first, especially when money was sent, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I made during my prep.
What really stood out to me was how easy and anonymously was to communicate (make sure you got a fake phone number). Everything was done through chat. I could ask questions any time of day, and she always got back to me relatively quickly. Her responses were clear, and moreover they even gave me a $500 discount.
Before the test they gonna send you 2 clear instructions on what to do before and during the test. If I didn’t understand something, she’d explain it in another way or walk me through it step by step until I got it. All you have to do is not being stupid and follow the instruction. The test itself was pretty stressful, but, again, just follow instructions and behave naturally. My score was as high as I expected it to be. The test was successfully passed (98th%). What I loved most was that there was zero pressure. I honestly don’t know what to say more, it was just perfect and you just can tell that these people are kind and you will get what you pay for.
