GRE Score Cancelled? High-Agency Customer's Panic Was a False Alarm
The GRE proxy testing customer got really worried when he found out that his GRE scores were under routine administrative reviews.
It turned out to be a false alarm.
The customer who used our GRE cheating service paid the remaining balance after seeing the unofficial score. Unlike other customers who patiently waited for their official scores, he took the initiative and contacted ETS’s online customer service to confirm the status of his score. He received a reply stating that his scores were under routine review by the Office of Testing Integrity.
The customer became very worried because he thought our GRE proxy test-taking service had ruined his test. He repeatedly asked us to take the GMAT for him the following week, free of charge, since he had already paid the full amount for the GRE cheating service.
He sent many screenshots of chat history and messages with ETS customer service to provide proof and insisted on a fix. Even though it said clearly that the review was "routine" and happened to almost all scores, his worry grew as he feared his score might be canceled, which would hurt his school application.
The customer started spamming messages and reacting to all posts in the Telegram channel with angry emojis. We reminded him to avoid spamming, but he continued to demand an immediate solution.
Eventually, his GRE score was released on time without any issues. After receiving the score, the customer apologized for his behavior and thanked us for our patience.
Had he not exercised so much agency, he could have spared himself so much worry.
