(Chinese) When we ask you to take an Internet speed test, we mean testing the internet speed at the testing environment you will take your exam in😥 The customer showed us good speed test results taken at home and went on to take the actual exam at another venue with a significantly slower Internet speed.😥😥 With off and on connection, a normally 3-hour long TOEFL exam became 5 hours long. Fortunately, we hit the Reading score of 2X and Listening 2X after the whole ordeal!
