Get in touch and share your target

Agree on your test date
You register for the TOEFL iBT Home Edition yourself, in your own ETS account, and pick a slot that works. Send us a screenshot once you're registered so we can lock your test taker to that date and time.
Register early. ETS only opens Home Edition check-in a few days out, and the sooner your date is set, the more time we have to prepare your equipment and run a practice check-in with you.
How pricing works
TOEFL pricing is tiered by the total you need across Reading, Listening and Writing — the higher the guaranteed band, the higher the price. Speaking is priced separately, since it's covered with live assistance during the test.
We take a deposit up front and the balance once you have your score. Payment is in cryptocurrency (USDC) only — more on that next.

Pay the deposit and prep
To secure a test taker we ask for a deposit — half up front, half after the test — paid in USD Coin (USDC). We send a receiving address once your crypto account is funded.
One tip from experience: some exchanges lock new deposits for a week or two before you can withdraw, and a couple of clients have had to reschedule because their crypto wasn't ready in time — so if you're new to it, set up an account early (Crypto.com, Coinbase and similar all work) and fund it as soon as you can.
The moment your deposit lands, we secure your test taker and send a detailed preparation list: the equipment you'll need, the dual-camera setup, and everything to get your environment test-day ready.
Set up your computer
A few hard requirements before test day — these come straight from the prep checklist we send after your deposit:
- Use a personal computer. Public or workplace machines are not allowed.
- Clear your desk. The desktop and the area under it must be completely empty; the only things allowed are the exam computer, its charger, and the phone you'll use as the security (second) camera.
- Windows must be activated, with the official TOEFL testing software installed ahead of time.
- Keep a power supply, a phone stand, a wired mouse, and a desk lamp on hand.
- We don't recommend ASUS or Xiaomi laptops; most other machines are fine, ideally with an external mouse.
If the system check won't pass on the day, it's almost always the computer — swap to another one and try again. We set all of this up with you in advance (about half an hour) and run a device test, so there are no surprises.
Check in with the proctor
The check-in process is the same for all online tests conducted by Wheebox.
30 minutes before the test begins, log on to your Wheebox account and wait for the hired test taker to get ready.
When the countdown ends, click “Start Session” beside the “Reschedule” button.
Verify your ID and testing environment
Have your valid passport ready — a national ID works if you don't have one. Your testing room must stay closed for the whole test, with no one else entering; if anyone other than you appears on camera, the account is permanently banned. Your internet needs to be fast and stable, so if home isn't reliable, a gaming café or a good hotel room works.
The proctor will check your identification document and your testing environment.
Upon your permission, the proctor will gain control of your computer to check your system settings.
Show your identification documents such as a passport or a driver's license.

Please show me all four comers of your monitor, If you are using a front-facing camera, Please turn your camera on "selfie" mode and turn the phone screen so it is facing the computer monitor. Hold the phone in front of your face and pan the camera up and down so l am able to see the entire computer clearly.
🦸🏻♀️Now please place your cell phone behind you out of reach and do not access it until after you have completed the exam unless otherwise instructed. Then, using your webcam, show me where it has been placed.
🦸🏻♀️I will also need to see a 360-degree pan around your room. This will include all four walls of the room. the surface you're working on and the floor under your workspace. Please pause and show me each point so that I can see them clearly.
🦸🏻♀️Also I need to see your table and under the table.
🦸🏻♀️May I use your mouse for a moment to check your computer？ I will need to make sure all programs are closed, screenshots are off, and double-check your display settings.
🦸🏻♀️Please show that your ears are free of any listening devices. No headphones will be allowed.
Please remove all watches then show your forearms to the camera.
🦸🏻♀️We are also required to check your eyeglasses. Please hold those up to the camera closely front and back so l can see the frames. Please confirm that these are not electronic glasses. If these are electronic eyeglasses, they must be removed from the testing area completely.
Set up your second camera
TOEFL Home Edition now runs as a dual-camera check: alongside your computer webcam, the proctor has you place your phone as a second, side-facing camera that shows your screen, keyboard and hands for the whole test — the newer replacement for the old "phone behind you" step.
Prop your phone against a stable object to the side of your computer so the feed shows your entire screen, the full keyboard, both hands while typing, and the side of your face. Keep both your phone and your computer plugged in and charging for the whole test — a dead second camera can void the session.
The proctor then uses that second camera to guide a room-and-hardware scan — desk, doors, cables and screen — to secure the test environment before the exam begins.
You don’t need to figure this out on your own — we configure the entire dual-camera setup with you beforehand, so on test day it’s just another routine step.
Launch the ETS Browser
The proctor will run the ETS Browser and log in.
The proctor will provide the Exam ID and Password.
Then the photo you just took during check-in and your exam info will be shown.
